Shipping
I usually ship by USPS Priority mail without insurance,
but would be glad to make other arrangements with you before you order.
I can not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
If you would like me to add insurance to your package when I mail it,
please contact me before you order to make arrangements.
Important: shipping to some foreign countries may be costly, insecure, and/or dangerous. If I find that shipping to your country will pose problems for me or that I will not be able to ship a product to you for any reason, I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money.
Returns
If you recieve a BabyPeach bag that is defective or flawed in any way (unless it was damaged by the postal service),
you may return it to me for repair within 7 days of recieving it. I will reimburse your return shipping,
repair the bag and ship it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is clearance items. Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned for free repairs.
If you are unhappy with your bag for any other reason, you may ship it back to me (at your cost)
and recieve a store credit for the original purchase amount.
If the bag is damaged or worn in any way, your credit will be reduced accordingly.
You will be responsible for the shipping charge to send you a replacement bag. As stated above, Clearance items are sold as-is and I cannot give store credit for them if they are returned.
